  • Statue of Liberty - Crown windows: Kilroy jointly measured and helped Traco (The manufacturer) design the installation. Additionally we, as subcontractors to Traco, installed all the Crown windows. Completion date, 1985.


  • Empire State Building: Kilroy measured all windows, as Sub to Traco and prepared preliminary designs for Landmarks and was subsequently awarded installation contract in 1990. In 2010 Kilroy was awarded renovation contract; see Case Study below
  • Chrysler Building - NYC: Kilroy furnished all hardware and rebuilt over 4000 steel Campbell double hung windows during 1978 facade renovation project.
  • Kilroy Architectural Windows replaced 100% of the windows during this historic renovation project. Project was completed “On Time and On Budget”
  • Crown Building - NYC: Complete building repair project. Kilroy redesigned operating hardware system and rebuilt over 800 Tilt/Turn windows resulting in an owner cost saving of over $800,000. Project completion 1993.
  • A historic Landmark project at the former Arnold Constable Department Store, built in the late 1800’s. Amongst the largest Hung windows ever replaced with Aluminum. Sizes exceeded 5’ in width and approached 10’ feet in height. Project completed in 2011.
  • 111 Eight Avenue - NYC (Inland Port Authority Building): Kilroy designed the installation and replaced over 3600 windows in New York's largest Commercial building. Work was completed ahead of schedule resulting in a $90,000.00 performance bonus.
  • Williamsburgh Savings Bank Bldg - Brooklyn, NY: Furnished and installed over 1000 windows in Brooklyn's tallest Landmark building. Completed 1992.
  • 40 Wall Street - Kilroy installed 3500 Wausau Windows into this magnificent landmark building, once the world's tallest building, dubbed "The Crown Jewel of Wall Street" is owned by the Trump Organization. Project completed in 1999.
  • Cornell University Medical Center, N.Y.C.* Replaced all Monumental Gothic Style Curved Windows.  Each Glass Unit was 8’ 8” & approximately 300 lbs.
