Statue of Liberty - Crown windows: Kilroy jointly measured and helped Traco (The manufacturer) design the installation. Additionally we, as subcontractors to Traco, installed all the Crown windows. Completion date, 1985. |

State Building - NYC: Kilroy measured every window, as subcontractor
to Traco. Kilroy prepared preliminary designs which Traco submitted
for
landmark approval. Kilroy awarded installation contract. Completion date,
1993.

Chrysler Building - NYC: Kilroy furnished all hardware and rebuilt over 4000 steel Campbell double hung windows during 1978 facade renovation project. |

40 Wall Street- NYC: Kilroy installed 3500 Wausau Windows into this magnificent landmark building. 40 Wall Street, once the worlds tallest building, dubbed "The Crown Jewel of Wall Street" is owned by the Trump Organization. Project completed in 1999.Historical note: 40 Wall Street was originally called the "Bank of Manhattan Building". It was the competitor of the Chrysler Building in what was called "The Great Skyscraper Race". |

Fred French Building - NYC: Kilroy rebuilt all rusted steel sections of windows in this prominent New York City landmark. Kilroy also replaced numerous floors with custom landmark designed windows, 1993 to present. |

111 Eight Avenue - NYC (Inland Port Authority Building): Kilroy designed the installation and replaced over 3600 windows in New York's largest Commercial building. Work was completed ahead of schedule resulting in a $90,000.00 performance bonus. Value of project $2,025,000.00. Completed 1988. |
