• Automatic Self Closing feature: The Pomeroy window has a automatic self closing feature for both upper and lower sash. The upper sash utilizes a secondary balance system which, in the event of fire, automatically closes the sash and locks if in position. This feature is standard on every Pomeroy lot line fire window.
• Upper sash fully operable for ventilation. As opposed to other fire rated products, the Pomeroy is a true double hung and is easily operated without the need to remove limit stops or upper sash supports.
• Custom color paint, capabilities: Pomeroy windows are offered with optional paint colors including two-color paint finish.
• Pomeroy windows are approved to be glazed with "Firelite" R wireless U. L. Listed fire rated glass.
• Pomeroy window is available with custom panning designs.
• Window can be made for both primary or retrofit (replacement) window installations.
• Slim Architectural Site-Lines: Slim site-lines of the Pomeroy window are the result of utilizing the heaviest gauge galvanized steel in its window sections. All Pomeroy frames and sashes utilize 14 to 18 steel compared with much lighter gauge steel offered by competitors.
